Prime Minister JOHN HOWARD says Australia should investigate a proposed shield againsta missile strike -- even if such a program never becomes reality.
Australia's possible involvement in the US missile defence program -- dubbed Star Wars-- was foreshadowed yesterday in a review of Australia's defence policy.
